Fused Glass Piece:
This piece was
made by fusing a thick slab of glass, and then strategically
breaking it with a hammer. The pieces were then all numbered,
some pieces were coated with glass frit on the outside
edge. The piece was then reassembled and fused back together
and lastly slumped. Matthew polished it using the Lap
Wheel after it came out of the kiln.
Approximately
15 inches by 10 inches by 1 1/4 inches thick.
